Diversity and inclusion (D&I) are crucial to building global profits, responding effectively to your changing customer requirements, and developing high-performing teams — wherever they are located. Connecting, collaborating, and strategizing across functions and geographies will lead to a global competitive advantage. Creating a D&I initiative starts with recognizing your own biases, embracing diverse thinking styles and innovation, promoting inclusive leadership, and building cross-cultural awareness among your team.

During this two-part virtual course, you will begin to accept that globalization is the new normal, see the benefits of adapting to the changing demographics and workplace dynamics, and start developing a strong business case for a D&I initiative within your organization.
